Nun wird der Bogen zur ersten Doppelstunde gespannt und weitere rechtliche Grundlagen werden diskutiert. Bislang stand im Fokus, inwieweit die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler selbst betroffen sein k\u00f6nnen, dass ihre Daten preisgegeben und ggf. zu ihrem Nachteil verwendet werden. In dieser Stunde geht es um die Rechte von Betroffenen \u2013 also auch darum, wie sie andere sch\u00fctzen k\u00f6nnen und sollten.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin-left: 40.0pt;text-align: aus den Medien gegeben (Adressatengerecht), bei dem erkenntlich ist, dass die abgebildeten Personen nicht fotografiert werden wollen, das Foto jedoch trotzdem online ver\u00f6ffentlicht wurde.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;text-align: justify;line-height: normal\">Die SuS sollen kurz mit ihrem\/r Banknachbar\/in diskutieren, welche
